Advantage a tradition courses which has a its duration and time for it to be completed with lot redundant knowledge being imparted to the student. On the contrary with short term and vocational courses a student can start earning much earlier as compared to earning which starts after completion of traditional educations and graduating at times post graduating before you actually start earning. More practical experience are gained when u actually start working ...this at times can be a debatable subject with pros and cons but depends what you want to be and what is your mission in life....
